Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made from Fairytales Reborn Nursery. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Products & Descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or, in the case of handcrafted items, because of their individual nature.

Reborn babies are individually handcrafted and therefore no two will be exactly alike.

Prices & Payment

All prices shown are those applicable at the time of ordering. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout.

An order is not confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been received and accepted.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order and forthcoming items are offered before they are available for immediate dispatch. Release and delivery dates supplied by sculptors, manufacturers or suppliers are estimates and may change for reasons outside our control.

When you place a pre-order, the item is reserved specifically for you and we may place and pay for our corresponding order with the sculptor, manufacturer or supplier.

Pre-order deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once your order has been placed with us, subject always to your statutory rights. Please make sure you are happy to proceed before placing a pre-order.

Where a pre-order requires a balance payment, the outstanding balance must be paid when requested and before the item can be dispatched.

Availability & Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment due to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing or product-description error, a payment cannot be authorised, or we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.

Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery charges are calculated according to your order and shown at checkout.

Estimated dispatch or delivery dates are provided in good faith but may occasionally change due to circumstances outside our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges applied in their destination country.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation and return rights vary according to the type of product ordered. Personalised, custom-made or specially commissioned items may not be eligible for cancellation or return once work has begun, except where the item is faulty or your statutory rights otherwise apply.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where appropriate so that we can help resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including our own photographs, text, branding and designs, may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The terms applicable to your purchase will be those in force when your order is placed.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
